Green is Good

Now the crazy consumerism of Christmas is behind us, how about taking stock of what we've got, and start putting the brakes on buying?

As the saying goes “charity begins at home”, so does green awareness. I'm sure you all separate your rubbish for recycling (Well done our local councils!)

But what about all those unused, badly fitting and "past-it" possesions hiding at home?
Isn't this a good time to sort them out and  think about what can be put back into society to be re-used?

As we're forced into a "major tidy-up" after Christmas, packing away the decorations and getting our homes back to normal, it's a great time to go that "extra mile" and get rid of a few items that have seen better days...


Grab a bin bag and keep it handy, so that when you come across something a little jaded (or that's just never going to fit!) bag it! You're local thrift shop will thank you for it, and so will your cupboards!

So get a jump on Spring cleaning...it's never too soon to start your yearly de-clutter!
